SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping in India 

At Label AMBEY, we take great care in delivering your order to you and we partner only with reputed national and international courier services. We ship across India which take around 5-20 working days . We deliver in almost every part of India but in case of any delay, our customer support proactively will be in touch with you. Our shipping partners within India are Proffessional Couriers services pvt. ltd. 

2. Shipping to other countries 

We ship to other countries worldwide which take around 5-20 working days time.  Our trusted shipping companies for orders deliverable outside India are DHL & Fedex courier services providers. All local taxes and custom duties are charged extra by the Shipping carrier based on your respective country and to get  final shipping charges of your order for outside India whatsapp on 8006027888(sales team) or email us at [email protected]

3. Our courier partners usually deliver the shipment anytime between working days from Monday to Saturday: 10am to 6pm. However, working days exclude Sundays & public holidays. Delivery time is not fixed due to certain factors which might be beyond our control including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions,strikes,riots and natural calamities.

4. Once we ship your package, we email you your package tracking information on email id shared with us.

Cancellations

We will be able to accept your requests for any change, modifications or cancellation of order any time before we ship your order. However, we cannot register or accept any requests for cancellation, change or modification of any order once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
