Most of the products sold at labelambey.com are covered under our 7 Day Refund/Exchange policy. No exchange/return/cancellation request will be allowed after the 7 days from the date when you receive the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all label & price tags intact . Any items that show signs of wear or usage cannot be accepted for return/ exchanges. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned are following:
- Fabric lengths
- Sarees that have been fall & peco
- Kurtis that have been altered
- Products that were on sale
If you are unhappy with your purchase and want a refund/exchange please contact us our whatsapp sales team and we will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the products back at our warehouse. If the item you received is defected or faulty, please send us a picture of the same via whats app communication. We will do our best to process refund request within 7 working days.

The customer have to pack the product back in its original form with bill & the outer cover so that product can reach to us easily and safely. If return location of the shipment is from or outside India, the customer will have to pay the return shipping charges. We can offer refund/replacements once products are received back into our warehouse.
Upon authorization of your return/refund request, we would be happy to refund or exchange for your product. You can get your money back into your originating bank account within 7-10 business days.
